How therapy with me works
I combine evidence-based CBT, ACT, CFT and polyvagal, therapy approaches with specialist perinatal experience - but what really matters is this:
We work with what’s actually happening.
We don’t bypass the fear. We name it.
And we build a plan that helps you respond in the moment - not just reflect after.
Whether it’s scan panic, sleep spirals, birth flashbacks, or that feeling of “what if I can’t do this?” - you’ll leave every session with real tools, not vague reassurance.
Sessions are £130 per 50-minute session online only.
You don’t have to be ready. You just have to want things to feel a little less heavy.
