What Our Coaching Journey Looks Like?
This is a 6-week structured package, designed with evidence-based practices and grounded, compassionate guidance. You’ll receive:
6 x 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions (online)
2 x 30-minute follow-up sessions to be used within 8 weeks after completing the 6 core coaching sessions, offering space to reconnect, reflect, and stay supported as you continue the journey
Your Personal Pregnancy Compass™. Before we begin, this tool gently helps you name where you are, who you want to become in this pregnancy, and what fears or habits might be holding you back. It’s how we co-create a journey that actually reflects what matters to you most.
Weekly take-home reflection prompts and planning tools
Voxer/email check-in between sessions included — a gentle space to pause, share, or recalibrate if spirals creep in between calls
We’ll explore:
How fear tries to keep you safe — and how we help it take the back seat, not the steering wheel
How to emotionally prepare for baby without it feeling like a jinx
Tools for steadying yourself during scans, waiting rooms, and those days where your mind runs ahead
